Tryout fee of $15 covers both days. Attending both tryout days is recommended. Print the registration and release forms (links below) -- these must be signed by a parent / guardian and turned in with payment at the time of tryout.

All age groups must arrive 30 minutes ahead of the listed times to register and dress! Full gear is required (i.e., skates, shin guards, elbow pads, gloves, helmet with cage, mouth guard, cup (boys only), and stick. Not required but strongly recommended: hockey pants/girdle with hip and tailbone protection). Girls may play a year longer in each age group, e.g., 11 year-old girls may play in the "10s" division. Player eligibility for the upcoming season is determined by age on 1 January 2010.

The following three forms should be completed when a player joins the club:

• Code of Conduct Form

• AAU Youth Hockey (you may already have a membership via DIHA, DHS Blue Devils Hockey Club) -- at Step 1, “program,” select “youth program.” At Step 2, “membership term/category” select “added benefit membership.” At Step 3, you may leave the club name and club code blank. Note that only one youth AAU membership per player is required -- if the player already has a current AAU membership for another sport (baseball, swimming, basketball), they are covered for hockey. Also, if the player has current AAU membership for DHS hockey or DIHA, they are covered as well. Please print out a confirmation of your membership to be collected by coaches at a later date.
